PoleStark is committed to delivering your orders as quickly and securely as possible. We ship across all major pin codes in India. 1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In case of high order volumes or custom 3D printing requirements, shipments may be slightly delayed. We will communicate any severe delays to you via email. 2. Delivery Timelines Standard delivery usually takes approximately 5-7 business days depending on your geographic location. Delivery to remote areas may take up to 10 business days. We partner with reliable courier services like Delhivery, Bluedart, and India Post to ensure smooth delivery. 3. Shipping Charges Shipping charges for your order are calculated in real-time and will be displayed clearly at checkout before you make any payment. We often run promotions offering free shipping on orders above a certain value. 4. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will be active within 24 hours of dispatch. 5. Damages PoleStark is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we request you to refuse acceptance of any package that appears tampered with or visibly damaged at the time of delivery. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement.
