Cancellation & Refund Policy

At PoleStark, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you might change your mind or receive an item that isn't as expected.
1. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately at support@polestark.com or call our hotline. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the Return process.
2. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please record an unboxing video to assist us in processing claims for damaged goods rapidly.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality assurance team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately.
Please note: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will automatically be credited to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Bank Account).
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund in the 5-7 business days window, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@polestark.com.
